MODERN VIEWS ABOUT THE ROLE OF DYSBACTERIOSIS

At one time, the brilliant Albert Einstein wrote: “I am convinced that events occurring in nature obey some law that binds them much more closely than we suspect today when we say that one event is the cause of another.”

The results of epidemiological observations and statistical studies of recent decades about the negative impact of progress on a person convince the logic of a brilliant scientist.

Over the past years, due to the research of physiologists and biochemists-specialists in nutrition, science has stepped forward. Now we recognize as obvious truth the fact that good health is associated not only with proper nutrition, but with the normal process of assimilation of food. And the ratio of the processes of fermentation and rotting of food in the intestine is directly related to the quantitative and qualitative composition of its microflora. Therefore, this article is devoted to the problems of eubiosis and dysbiosis in humans.
